Lineberry Properties is contributing to the revitalization of Columbia, Tennessee, by their recent purchase of an old CVS building. Mark Linebery is remodeling this building into a retail center, which will include a Starbucks and McAlister’s Deli.
As you can see by the renderings, which have been approved by the city, the updating and renovations are current and relevant for today’s market. There are still 4,000sf available for leasing. Tony Vaughn & Mike Baggett with Colliers are the leasing agents for the project, and the design is by Design and Engineering in Franklin. We expect renovations to be complete by summer.
