Lineberry Properties, Inc. makes strategic acquisition of high profile North Mt Juliet assets. On the heels of the opening of Mt Juliet’s first Starbucks location, Lineberry Properties, Inc. has acquired two neighboring properties, the former Carquest location at 11366 Lebanon Road and the former landmark location of Staggs Pharmacy at 11318 Lebanon Road. Both are slated for major renovations to start this summer. The properties are currently being marketed to new tenants.
